This company financially exploited my mom. My mother was a client until I noticed that half the time I drove past her home, the workers were sitting on the deck with their cell phones. Not attending to my mother’s needs. They consistently took my mother’s card to the store to buy her items she needed but they bought the wrong items. The workers would ask my mom for gas money stating the company didn’t pay them gas. Which is highly illegal for the workers to ask a vulnerable adult for money. I advise you, do not waste your time with this company. They low ball all their employees, and make you do more than you have too. There is no PAID TIME OFF and no holidays, no advancement. Also the administration is incompetent, and only care about their bottom line. You are just a number to them.
