Overpriced for repair of AC capacitor. Charges $380 for replacement not including service call fee as well. We weren’t told the diagnosis until after technician had replaced the capacitor. I was told after that they needed to install the capacitor to make sure it worked as the reason for not being told the diagnosis. Seems like a common complaint by few others as well. Would recommend getting quotes elsewhere.

This company went above and beyond my expectations in helping me get my AC back up and running at my office during the heat wave. I called around to a couple of different places and not only did they not show up, ask me to wait days, if they came they quoted me a unaffordable amount to replace a part. Global was able to come the same day and fix my AC at reasonable price. I definitely recommend them if you need quick, reliable, and affordable service.

Patrick the the technician is polite, cleaned the area well after work very knowledgeable of what he does .Kamil the owner is very easy to talk to , very professional and very reasonable price was agreed upon us.

This would be a 1 star but the actual technicians were nice enough, they are just following management's orders. But the woman who answers the phone is very rude, cutting me off everytime I try to ask a question, demanding that I stay on the line and pay immediately without giving me any time to think about the cost of what they are proposing.
