Wioleta helped us with our latest cruise through the Caribbean. This is our 4th cruise. This was by far the cruise where we received the best service from our travel agent. She made the entire experience wonderful, from planning to getting back home. She went above an beyond what we expected from a travel agent. I hope we can go on other cruises in the near future, I will not buy a cruise or a vacation package from anybody else but her. We greatly appreciate everything that she did to make sure we had a wonderful vacation.
I have used Global Gate Travel three times now and continue to plan on doing so! Each trip, Wioleta took great care in making sure all of the arrangements were in order, including hand-delivering our paperwork and planning surprises depending on the special occasion we were celebrating. She is completely customer-centric! Fantastic service, highly recommend!!
This was my first time using a Travel Agent. So I really didn’t know how it all worked. I was looking to book a cruise ( Disney line) specifically. It was a lot of us going and I wanted to see if we could get a better deal by going through a Travel Agency. The agent was super helpful and patient and offered us through their contracts directly with Disney Cruise line some special Perks and a good deposit option. Wioleta coordinated a Western Caribbean Cruise for 19 people in March and a weekend cruise to the Bahamas for 17 people in May. She is amazing! Every person felt like she was taking care of just them. Her communication and attention to detail when handing your travel needs is second to none. We so appreciate Wioleta and her help to make our vacation time extra special. You will not be disappointed with Wioleta coordinating your trip!
