horrible experience - i have showed up twice to get my child's glasses, only to find the office in Pleasanton chose to close early on both occasions, I called the San Jose location and was told a manager would reach out to me, i still have not heard from anyone - might I mention they made us pay before receiving the glasses, but now I am unable to obtain them- this is very frustrating i am a nurse who works full time with 2 young babies and you are creating a great inconvenience for me! not Happy!!!!
