I'm completely unhappy with how Global Equity Finance handled the creation of my new HELOC. I was clear from the beginning that I wanted to pay no fees to establish this new HELOC and now that everything has been completed, I am out $28,000. I already had a HELOC in place, so I ended up receiving exactly zero value from this transaction.
