Extremely disrespectful to people’s time. I have to wait more than 30mins every time when I visit
I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. I ordered one set of retainers at the end of January and only received them in June. Throughout the entire process, I had to follow up with the clinic multiple times myself. No one proactively contacted me with updates, explanations, or a clear solution.
