Never had a problem with them. They have always been polite with me and the other people that go there.
Honestly, terrible workers. They are happy or talkative or anything. More like they just wanted this to end real quick doing a terrible job. They also didn't let me ask my questions leaving the room right away saying, "OK you're done. You can leave now" and left the room. I just don't trust them with my teeth because they just seemed careless with what they were doing. Great receptionist btw! Last last reviewer was right on! I had similar. the term "Customer Service" has been very loosely applied here and was given a new meaning.. With Insurance coverage through the state, they apparently only pay for the cheapest! Most incompent place possible! I never was told what they found wrong with my teeth.. I had to stop them from putting there tools in my mouth without explaining! Now, with them angry,I was given a very a short cursory answer and then they walk out. To where, I wasn't told! DO NOT GO THERE! I went in twice- Once to get fillings done- (Sounds simple enough) then a couple weeks later there is a hole in the filling leaving a jagged tooth. The next time I went in to get a root canal they said I needed and then at that appointment, they filled in the chunk of filling that fell out. I got the root canal done and not even a week later my whole tooth where they did the root canal broke. They are rude and unprofessional.
