Global Concepts hit a home run with their reprentative Melissa Lane. She went over and above providing a great hotel, and great FUN places to take my 2 grandsons. Thank you Melissa for your customer service and tryn to find me discount rates, etc Rate 5 star for the Contessa Hotel, they were super nice, great service, very clean and roof top pool!
