Have to brag on Kat at G!obal Concepts! I needed to book a trip to Chicago but it needed to fit in with my schedule and my budget! I am so eager to give a review of an employee of Global Conepts. It's not often these days to receive service that is "Above and Beyond", but Patty Ortego's work on our behalf was worthy of praise. My wife and I needed to cancel our travel reservations, and this required working with a 3rd party who had awarded the trip, and then the actual AirlLine themselves(Spirit). Of course the 3rd party wouldn't make any exceptions about a refund. And, Spirit Airlines initially wouldn't give an exception either. But, Patty just wo... read more
