Very good experience overall. Very professional. He arrived a few minutes early. My carpet was pretty dirty but looked new after the cleaning. He also gave me tips on keeping the carpet clean. He made me inspect the carpet to make sure I was satisfied.

I asked him to come back and try again, so he came and treated my couch with the strongest, top quality deodorizer not available on commercial markets. I'm waiting to see if my secondhand couch can be professionally cleaned or whether the couch is a lost cause from being in storage too long. Global Carpet came quickly, on time and was beyond efficient in cleaning the carpet. It looked new. Daniel was professional, polite, and an obvious expert. I very highly recommend him.
The team was communicative, showed up when they said they would, were thoughtful about moving furniture out and back to collect rugs. They returned rugs exactly on time and in great condition. I plan use them again in the future!
