If you need a shipment imported into the US, use literally anyone else. They held our shipment for weeks because they didn't want to call or email us to get customs paperwork filled out. Then when we filled out the paperwork and asked if everything was good, Joseph LIED and said everything was good to go when in fact he needed an additional email confirmation for some reason, and payment before releasing the shipment even though we received an invoice that was net 30.
