The absolute worst. Every month, this office makes scheduling hell for me. By refusing to provide my simple refill of the same meds I’ve always taken, within a reasonable time frame. Instead, they repeatedly try to deprive me of the meds that allow me to function. In a malicious display of bias against mental illness. In my case, it’s adhd. I’ve been receiving my mental health services from this establishment for the past two and a half years. I was a bit skeptical at first. I was initially receiving treatment in NY. From my intake with Dr. Jasmine Ahmed, meeting with Cassandra A., the APRN for my medication and my therapist, Alexia D. They have all been professional, have much compassion and are accommodating, when having to make changes on your appointment. I’m happy that I found this establishment. I will definitely recommend it to others.
