I had my suitcase covered on 08/19/2025 5:53 PM and the staff asked me 2 times to pay, withholding $46 dollars for a suitcase. I pointed out to the guy that he withdrew 2 times and he told me that I would receive the refund. I've never had any refund. Fraud
The service at the Barcelona airport was horrible. Yesterday, we went to a wrapping station next to one of the gates to wrap our luggage before a long trip. The assistant working there told us that the service cost is 28 euros per 23-kilogram bag, which includes insurance of 2,000 USD per bag. We told him that insurance was unnecessary because our travel insurance includes bag protection. He insisted that the only available service included the 2,000-USD insurance, so we had to take it. Yo vino con dos ascientos de coche para niños pídiendo que me lo envuelvan cada uno. El que está frente al counter 314. El chico me dice que no que compre una bolsa de 40 dólares. Que me sale mejor. Pero cuando llego al check in me dice que el peso está superando el límite así que tengo que quitar uno de los ascientos de la bolsa. O sea que no sabe sobre su trabajo. Aparte de ser súper desagradable y hablar de cosas que no le incumbe con las mujeres de uno. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Número de empleado 1026

Their service is terrible.. I’m in MIA needing 3 items wrapped at H terminal at Delta, there’s a line of people needing bags wrapped and there is no one at the kiosk and no signs saying when anyone will be there.. I carried all my bags to concourse D and found 2 employees standing around and finally got my bags wrapped. I told them about the people waiting at H and they just shrugged like they couldn’t care less.. not sure how they stay in business..
