Tony is one of the old school mechanics and business owners who don't try to take advantage of you and would rather help save you money instead of doing jobs that are not required. For example, I brought my jeep in thinking it needed a new clutch as it was rough and jumping when doing hill starts (manual). He said to bring it in and he will do a test drive for free to see if he can tell what is going on despite being fully booked for weeks. I called to enquire about a quote and was able to drop by and have the vehicle inspected that day. Received a knowledgeable assessment, recommendations, and a fair quote. Tony even showed me the operation and failure points of a similar model being rebuilt in the workshop. Very much appreciated.
