Came here for a torque converter change, trans service, and other bits, was done exceptionally and can tell a real difference when driving, what topped it off was through no fault of the companies they accidentally charged me more than they intended due to an accidental wrong order of the digits I received a call the following business day and informed as I didn’t know myself, I was then sent the money I overpaid shows great honesty and reliability from a business that’s not seen as much these days.
Tony is such a nice person. Very accomodating and detailed when explaining the car issue. Although It took three weeks but tony explained everything considering they have limited staff. I was about to give up because I spend a lot of money for the car rent. But tony did a great job and his team eventually and even approved my car’s warranty under Integrity. Global Automatics is highly recommended!!! Gob bless you all there tony.

I visited Tony last week after he was recommended to me for issues with my Vw Polo. He was so helpful, kind and generous with his time. As the issue wasn't something he deals with, he took me to a European Car Specialist nearby and explained about my car. I have subsequently had my car fixed by that mechanic. As a person with no mechanical understanding, I was so happy to find Tony as he is respectful, knowledgeable and sincere. In this age of opportunism, it is such a pleasure to deal with people like Tony and his team.
