I recently had transmission problems with my Ford F-150 pickup so I took it to Steve at Global Auto for a diagnosis and repair. Turns out that my transmission was in need of a complete rebuild . I trusted Global to do the job and I'm glad that I did. They did an awesome job and my truck is running smoothly again. Thank you Steve for being there with the knowledge of my truck's problem and professionalism in getting the job done in a few days , not weeks.

I rarely write reviews, but after multiple negative experiences at Global Auto, I feel it’s necessary to warn others. I initially brought my car in for an oil change and to investigate a suspected antifreeze leak. The tech claimed there was no leak. Shortly after, I returned with the same issue — this time, I was told there was a leak, possibly a head gasket, but they weren’t sure. On a later visit, the leak was mentioned again, and the tech said it was a clamp that needed replacement — but I was never told whether that repa... read more
