The absolute BEST! The staff is like no other, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and so personable. It’s always so clean and welcoming. Always such a great experience! Top notch service!
They do not have good customer service at all. If you are a member and you walk in the door to tan. And they are waiting on a new person. Plan on waiting and waiting and waiting while they try to push all their products on them. I feel like if you're paying near $80 a month you should come first if you are a member. They totally don't see it that way. For that reason I canceled my membership and will not be going back ever. Also the girl said the beds were full. Such an incredible experience from the moment I walked in the door! The team was absolutely fabulous and extremely knowledgeable! I was blown away with the services offered and how clean and organized the process was! I bought some great products and got an awesome bag to carry them in!
