I used to have a membership here super expensive compared to other tanning places but I used it because it was the only one around my area ! Anyways now I don’t have a membership I come in to do a cocktail the lady doesn’t even know what that means I pay 78$ out of pocket I go to car to grab eye wear and she puts someone in the bed I just paid for!!!! Rude
Everytime is a great time and they have soo many products and equipment to choose from. A definite must from now on and will always recommend!!
Terrible customer service and refund policy. I have been a loyal Glo customer for years, and every summer or extended vacation I have frozen my membership in person at the salon without any issues. This year, I followed the same process and went into the salon before my next billing date to freeze my account. The employee assured me that my account had been successfully frozen and that there were no additional steps I needed to take. I’ve been tanning here for awhile now. It’s the best tanning salon I’ve ever been to. I like that they offer other spa services than just tanning. Also the girls that work there are always so helpful and kind! (:
I’m extremely happy with the services. However, I called 5/24 to see if they would be opened on Memorial Day. I was told yes. The operator said they would be open from 10 AM to 6 PM. I drove an hour and a half, and they were closed. I think it would be helpful to have a phone number for that particular store rather than a generalized number.
