I’ve had a mixed experience at this location. While some visits are fine, the staff's attitude really depends on who is working, and it often feels unwelcoming. For a $70/month membership, I expected better customer service. Be aware that they will not accommodate you if you forget your goggles, so double-check your bag before you go.
Love this place! The girls that work here are friendly, knowledgeable, and take pride in their job, and safety of their customers.
I’ve watched the young staff come and go over the years. Right now it’s a less than stellar bunch, don’t get me wrong, there are still wonderful young ladies that have been there a while, but the new ones, lack the pleasant customer experience. This location is going back to being dirty and not clean. Clean Professional Courteous A very relaxing experience
I used to have a membership here super expensive compared to other tanning places but I used it because it was the only one around my area ! Anyways now I don’t have a membership I come in to do a cocktail the lady doesn’t even know what that means I pay 78$ out of pocket I go to car to grab eye wear and she puts someone in the bed I just paid for!!!! Rude
