My neck and jaw are going to be so happy! Xochitl explained where and how my muscles and fascia were tight, and how it’s all interconnected. She is obviously incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy, and left me with some exercises to do between sessions. I’ve already booked my next appointment, because I could immediately feel a difference.

I’ve been having TMJ pain for a while. It’s been impacting my ability to work, sleep- it’s affecting everything. I saw an ad for Glo Spa on TikTok and I scheduled! Xochitl was SO good and helpful. She explained what she was doing, what to expect, checked in with any discomfort. Truly a pro. I’m going to schedule again to continue the good work she started. So glad I found this place!
I got the minisculpt for my jaw pain and I was AMAZING. It really did help my jaw pain. I plan on getting one every month.
