After a couple attempts for them to reach back out to me and make this right and no answer it comes to this. I frequent this place for massages and I recently had a major surgery and then returned to work so I was in desperate need of some relief and relaxation. The hairstylist was really nice but my haircut was nothing like the picture I showed her. She also cut almost no hair at ALL. I never leave bad review but the more I see my hair the more I get upset. It’s also uneven. I paid full price for a haircut and she didn’t even cut an inch. I tend to wait to get a haircut because as a college student I can’t afford a haircut every two months like she recommended. I’m guessing she barely cuts your hair so you come back sooner??
If you are looking for a place to get layers and curtain bangs GO TO MARY!!! she killed it!! she was also super nice and girl knows how to give a blowout
I used to come here but quit coming because I got a phone call saying I booked an appointment when I never did and was left a voicemail saying I would have to pay. But I never booked an appointment with anyone they had my card on file and tried to charge my card even tho I never booked appointment I’ll never be going back to this place. Prices are very high too.
