Experienced a disaster of a pedicure at this place. Burned with paraffin wax and the manager acted like it was my fault. If you want good customer service this is not the place.
Love it here!
Poor customer service, my manicure was being rushed and when I brought it to the lady’s attention and she was very rude about it. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
Tee is the BEST!
I’m posting this review a little late but, Katie did my nails, and she did an amazing job. The nails are thin (which is a good thing), and a very pretty shape and she always checked with me to make sure I liked the nails as she was working. Hanna did my pedicure and she did amazing as well, she also checked in to make sure I liked everything, and she is super sweet, made me feel welcome :) Love how everything came out
