We've been renting out properties through GLM over the past year, it was time to add some more properties to the list, and when that time came we had a lot of questions. Grace went above and beyond to assist us in the leasing process, she genuinely did so much of the heavy lifting and did it with a smile the entire time. My actual renting experience here was not bad - I lived in Southview Apartments for about 2 years. GLM was not very involved and I did not have many issues. The problem occurred when my lease was over and it was time to get my security deposit. In the state of Michigan it is required that you receive your security deposit and list of charges back from your landlord within 30 days of moving out. I waiting this time period and when I received nothing for my security deposit followed up a few days after the 30-day period had pa... read more

Just a terrible company. Don't rent from them. Since you wanna respond to this how about you actually respond to your current tenants who are probably waiting for responses from you guys. You guys ignored me countless times while I lived there. I put in many requests for things to be fixed and they weren't. And I was harassed constantly on leaving when I shouldn't have been made to leave in the first place.
