They required me to pay first before the service even started. Before I got done with choosing the color, they took the book away. I asked for it twice and they said “oh okay”, twice. What a weird place.
Always a great experience! Great service every time! I usually have Helen for mani, but today I had Mindy. Mindy is great! Great massage! Lilly for pedi was perfect as usual. The massage is why I keep coming back!
I went to Kim, she’s been there for two weeks. She’s still getting the hang of it but made sure that I got what I wanted! I will recommend her!
My regular nail tech is out of town and I needed a fill. Vivian was very nice and she tried her best but her application of both the acrylic and gel polish left much to be desired. I will not be returning and have to get my nails fixed tomorrow because they just don’t meet my standards.
They have the best service from the desk to the glitz girls in this place , not to mention , their unique kindness . I always make them laugh . The gkitz ladies loves me . And I love them back . I always recognize their work and they are well deserve of a good tip . God blessed them .Very happy customer here from Huntington Beach California .
