I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I paid for a pedicure, and there was zero callus removal. My feet still looked rough afterward, which completely defeated the purpose of getting a pedicure. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Cost $33 for a regular pedicure without gel. They put cold water even though I told her “oh it’s cold” and kept pressuring me for gel. She asked me like 6 times and kept the water cold after I said no I want regular. I felt pressured to do the second to last pedicure. Just make sure to be careful bc they will try to upcharge every single thing and ofc add on for gel removal even if you have one toe of polish left over. I recommend somewhere else

Joanne is an incredible nail artist. I was cosplaying for an alien costume contest and needed particular colors and complex design to match my outfit and she was so creative and precise. She executed the look perfectly and the price is very fair for the work. The 3rd is the inspo photo I generated in AI, imagine how talented she is to pull off the look.
