Listened to nothing. Went in for a make over with my hair and they ruined it. A cut from long hair to short and color. It's what they called a fashion color. I asked for one particular style and color and came out with the opposite. Ruined my hair. I had to grow it back out to have another salon correct the cut. Love love love Jennifer, her service, and her salon! She is the sweetest soul and even uses vegan products. Im new to getting my hair done so I’ve always been very nervous for many reasons. I don’t know what I don’t know, so explaining what Im looking for is always hard. She breaks down everything and gives you visual options, which has been very difficult for me to find in a stylist! I look forward to being a long term customer!
Ava did a great job with my hair! She cut it exactly as I wanted it and for the literal first time EVER, she actually cut my bangs exactly how I described it. The blow out style turned out so so good I will definitely be returning! She was also such a sweetheart.
Tracella is the best stylist I've had in quite sometime. I'm trying to grow out from a pixie, and she knows how to keep it neat for me. I really can't say enough about her. Maybe you should check her out.
