We lived here for 3 years and it was an oustanding experience! It can get pretty loud at night since it is next to the hospital but other than that, this apartment has very thick walls and we never heard our neighbors. Each level does get hotter, but with living on the third floor, the natural lighting was insane. Maintenance responds same day (earliest) and next day (latest). Super cute building in a great area. Each level gets hotter than the one below it at an insane rate though so not for the faint of heart against the heat if you're not willing or able to get an AC. No elevator either.
