I have a membership here. I came through the wash and as I was going through, a 3ft+ crack grew across my windshield. Edwin was a huge help and went through all the forms with me. I got no response, went back, filed again and then returned a few more times trying to catch the manager. After meeting with him, he pushed it through to ensure I got a response.
