Glider's goetta is not the same product that I have loved over 50 years. It's a shame that apparently to cut corners in order to save money, you have destroyed the best product on the market. The pinhead oatmeal is like birdseed and there is so much fat it falls apart. We moved from the Cincinnati area and when we come back we stock up for a year. I bought a slab a while back. When I opened it, it had mold and smelled terrible. This was still a month before the expiration date. I reached out to Glier's two different ways to let them know and see if they would honor a refund. I received no response. I like Glier's goetta as much as the next person (when it hasn't gone off) but their customer service is non-existent. You all need to do better.
Your goetta is extremely greasy these days. The taste has gone downhill.
