After I waited for the doctor for 2 hours and I walked out, I rescheduled for the following week, they have been good on respecting my appointment hours
As someone who has came to this office for over a decade the quality of the care that is provided to me has declined significantly. The office does not return my messages, the doctor that they delegated me to since my previous doctor does not have time to see me does not help provide any solutions to the problems I come here to resolve. This office used to be fantastic and the decline of the service provided has been shockingly disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
Fui a esta clínica recomendada por una amiga y el trato fue excelente, todos profesionales y me encanto estar allí. Me atendió el doctor Ian que trabaja con otro doctor. Excelentes doctores y muy profesionales. El lugar lujoso y bello. Un ambiente adecuado y un lugar fino. Lo recomiendo al 100% y lo he recomendado a amistades y dicen lo mismo. The customer service in this office is horrible. The front desk are rude and unhelpful. They also dont return phone calls
The doctors are competent. The staff is horrible. My sister, wife, and I have stopped going there. We've left multiple voicemails, no answer. They tell us our results will be given to us...nothing. They screwed up my insurance info at the front desk. They kept billing my old insurance company even though they assured me they had updated my info. I called five times! Nothing resolved.
