Former patient of over 10 years. Not the practice it once was. Like many Dr Offices this was acquired a few years ago and the net effect shows. They have their own labs so expect to have allot of reasons to send out skin samples. Big profit. If you are on biologic medication the next one is a deal breaker. You may receive a script in say January, which is sent to an outside company who will call you many months later to confirm or deny coverage. Any calls to this outside service are ignored and calls are never returned.
100% Recommended. I went to Dr. Ian Guevara because of the Melasma all over my face. And I couldn't be more grateful and happy with my treatment. In just a month and a half the change is super noticeable.

Was referred here and nobody called me back despite me leaving 15 voicemails. Was over a month and a half. When they finally did call, they had every excuse in the book, but I’ve already scheduled my surgery with another company. I would not use this company at all.
