I would highly recommend them for any medical pet issues. They deal with exotic animals as well and they were so so nice in dealing with the tragedy of our deceased pet, Ray Donovan (Ray Ray). They made us a claw stamp of his claw so we can remember him forever. � The staff here is more than helpful and are all clearly animal lovers. Thanks so much to everyone at Glenwood Village Pet Hospital for your help with Ray. Would definitely recommend to all!!! XO
RecommendedI have a bird and Dr. Parr really knows what she's doing. Great staff and very friendly.
Doctors here are awesome. Explain everything and very reasonable priced. We use them for our Petco animals and my own pets. I recommend them to all my customers.
Best staff around and best groomer around
Not sure how to feel, but I think it's important to be more compassionate and understanding. Dr. Parr hung the phone up on my mother simply because she was upset. I definitely understand both sides of the argument (My mother felt my dog needed immediate attention, although we visited the office a few days prior--the issue got worse, but they were booked). I love all the people at Glenwood Village Pet Hospital. I take my reptiles there and couldn't be happier with the care they receive from the technicians and Dr. Hernandez. The reception staff is so welcoming when we come in. I have quite a drive to get to the hospital but I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I was disappointed by the first visit, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since their prices were reasonable. I also received a “1st visit free” coupon when I adopted my dog from Humane Indiana, so why not? Maybe they actually care about the animals they’re treating.
