Absolutely the worst. I have to take a dying bird an hour away because they only do appointments.
RecommendedDr. Parr & Dr. Hernandez are simply wonderful, & their entire staff is knowledgeable & kind. I trust them completely.

I reached out to my fellow Dyer, IN residents in search of an exoctic vet for my two 7 month old ferrets via a closed Facebook group. I received many recommdations and one specifically from Jennifer Fl who is a part-time receptionist at Glenwood. I take my Guinea pigs to Glenwood village pet hospital they do a wonderful job. I love how they call to check in on my Guinea pigs after they see them. They go beyond their job as a veterinarian they treat you like family. I would highly recommend Glenwood village pet hospital. Thank you Dr.Parr and staff for doing a wonderful job.
We said goodbye to our fur baby 2 weeks ago today. Yesterday I went to pick up his paw prints..something they have done for our Crazy cat & Foxxy girl too. I'm so grateful for how patient, understanding & overall amazing Dr. Herda, the vet techs and rest of her staff at Glenwood Village Pet Hospital were & have been to us for almost 15 years. Took my Winnie, an Australian Shepherd mix for grooming. I’ll be honest, she was in dire need of grooming. I brought home a whole new dog. What a fabulous job they did. Thank you so much for treating my Winnie so well
Amazing Facility, the staff really treat you like family. If you are looking for an exotic vet I highly recommend this hospital. My pet rat Reese’s had a tumor removed and thankfully the procedure and the follow up exams was a success. Here’s a recent photo.
