The service here is simply amazing, especially Taylor. When I first met her, she had injured her foot, and I was thinking, what a dedicated service person! But she still carefully checked my car and found a problem with the engine. She helped me contact Jonny and then gave me a car to use during the repair period. I am very satisfied and very grateful to the service staff here.
Overall this was nothing more than an average experience. The one significant surprise was the $32 charge for scheduling the appointment online. That seems like thievery if you ask me.
The techs who worked on my car are always amazing. The service department awesome and super helpful! Also the store just got remodeled and it looks super gorgeous in there
Very knowledgeable staff that is super helpful. My car was serviced, cleaned and ready to for me to pick up on time! Well done! October 2025 Amber Jackson met me getting out of my car and walked me through the process. It couldn't have been any easier and Amber could not have been nicer or more professional.
The service was impeccable. Amber went above and beyond to communicate and make me feel comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. I did a great job they even washed the car! Thank you, thank you thank you
