Vw service department poor customer service horrible communication don’t recommend this place
Amber was great and service well done
Timely service on a busy day thanks to coordination and communication by Amber.
Amber with VW service was awesome. We blew a tire up the canyon and couldn’t find anyone to replace it. I called and she got me to parts to make sure they had one and then got me scheduled the same day. She was kind and understanding- we’re from Texas and just vacationing. She made the rest of the trip a breeze for us.
