Adding Charlie to your service advisor staff was an excellent move. I had worked with him at a shop previously near my house, and he was always completely professional and friendly even when things weren't going great.... Thanks for bringing a familiar face to the shop!

Kevin was great to work with. He provided an estimate up front to perform diagnostics and he continued to update me thru the entire process. My car needed to be there at least two days and they worked with me on the timing to drop off and pick up when it worked with my schedule. I would highly recommend Kevin in the Glenwood Springs Service department.

Bob my service advisor was wonderful. He immediately called or texted me back with an answer to my question or an update on the status of my car. The entire staff has been great from getting me a loner car to quickly responding to any questions I had. Also living 90 miles from the dealership they were willing to meet me half way so that I did not need to drive the full 90 miles
