I had a wonderful experience with the Ford service department. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind, courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. They completed the recall work on my vehicle and went above and beyond by doing an oil change for me at no charge. They also switched my tires around to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. I just have to share how awesome these guys are. We sent a truck out had a minor problem under warranty and they called and said will deliver the vehicle back to you and they did! now that’s what I call service!! these guys really go out of their way to help a customer
This is a quality establishment. The staff always seems in good spirits which speaks high praises for the Management. Kevin Gomez is always kind and accommodating every time I go in there, even if he is not my service advisor. I highly recommend this Service Department and they are part of the reason that I love my Ford Truck.
We recently bought a new Expedition in for a Paint Protection Film (PPF) coating and needed a loaner vehicle. They gave us a new F-150 for the day at no extra charge. Everybody we encountered at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.
We are traveling cross country and had an engine light come on. My husband said it's fine but I panicked. We stopped at Glenwood Ford and Alexander and Anthony went out of their way to help us! The code was a result of mountain conditions and a picky thermostat. They had us on our way quickly with peace of mind . Thank you so much for your time and compassion!
