Break ins. Smoking all over the place. Lots bugs. Cars are broken into fairly frequently and management is very poor. They accuse you of doing things that you didn’t. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t have moved here. They nickel and dime you for everything.

Great Location, Great Place to Live Living at Stone Ridge has been amazing! The entire process of signing the lease and moving in was made super easy with the staff. Any concerns we had, there was always someone available to help out. Now that we’ve lived here for a while, we’ve found so many little things we love about it! The apartments are spacious, well kept, and have an outside entrance, which was a huge plus for us. I would recommend Stone Ridge to anyone looking for a place in the area!

Best Apartments in the Area I lived at Stone Ridge while I was in grad school at Baldwin Wallace, and it was a great place to live! It is a quiet environment, which was perfect for studying and relaxing. The apartments are updated and spacious with everything you need. If anything ever needed fixed, Wayne was at my apartment within a few hours to fix the issue. He and Maloni were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had! Great place to live! I've been living here for almost a year now and am pretty happy with my decision. Management and maintenance do an excellent job at keeping the grounds looking clean and manicured (it almost feels like I live on a resort). Wayne and the rest of the maintenance team are so responsive to my requests and fix any issues I'm experiencing almost immediately. It's pretty quiet most of the time, and forget that I live in an apartment sometimes.

Stay away Everything is poorly made and Managaement will fine you for just about anything, but won’t enforce smoking rules. Go somewhere else. It may look nice but it’s all poorly made and they’ll charge you for it when you move out.
Don't move here!! I have lived here for five years. Things were great, beautiful property, excellent service..... Until something needs to be replaced!!!! Rent is not cheap, so when something needs to be replaced, replace it. Instead, everything is patch work and when it continues to not work the finger is pointed at you. Can’t keep long term residents happy The apartments are nice enough. However, the leasing manager is unfriendly and rude. If you ever have an issue she acts as if you are inconvenience even though its her job. ***She will attempt to agree to clean or upgrade your apartment to entice you to resign your lease and then refuse to follow through claiming you did not follow up with her timely (even though no timeframe was given). God forbid you have major issue with your apartment it will take months for her to approve to fix it. ... read more
SMOKING! This is NOT a smoke-free facility. Marijuana and cigarette smoking “rules” are not enforced! Apartment constantly smells like weed and cigarettes!

We are a non-smoking facility however if there is an instance of a smoking issue we do absolutely try to narrow down the culprit and if the issue persists do everything we legally can to stop the issue. Most of our tenants readily and regularly abide by the rules of the community. Unfortunately with just under 200 units not everyone follows every rule however as the property manager I do my utmost to make sure the person who is the issue stops or is removed from the site.
Management was the only thing that kept me there so long! Lived here for 3 years and Angela and Daniel were fantastic. They were always available and willing to help, and went out of their way to do what they could to help. They were always friendly and welcoming. Those two get 5 stars, more if I could!
