RecommendedI lived in this community for three years and loved it ! If I didn’t have to move closer into the city I would have renewed my lease again! Great location, always kept everything clean, & they always fixed what I needed the same day!

I recently visited a friend that lives here and couldn’t believe the continuous filth. This community use to be so well maintained, such a shame. The hallways need some TLC, especially in building 1, hallways are covered in dog feces and debris. I also saw a front door to an apartment that looked like it was out of a horror movie, what’s $50 to paint a front door? I feel bad since I actually have referred friends to live here. I lived in Glenwood Park for 2 years. New owners have made cosmetic upgrades to exterior, but nothing to interiors. New management company fraudulently charged me extra fees after move out. Fully question all charges prior to paying.
I’ve lived at Glenwood Park lofts for a little under a year and I’ve enjoyed my time here. I am leasing the studio floor plan which is super spacious. Management is really nice and the location is amazing. You’re in walking distance to great EAV bars and restaurants and Kroger.
Great place to live! Friendly staff, clean facilities and beautiful grounds!
