Glenwood Life unfortunately is just a front for people to continue to abuse substances- only now, they are prescribed. The point of a treatment program is for clients to become self-sufficient and to eventually recover from their addiction. However, there’s no way to explain having someone in this program for 10+ years on almost 200mg of methadone with no tapering. There are no consequences within the program either. If you or your family member are looking to recover please avoid this facility!
