Who ever is behind this operation is greedy and heartless. During a national pandemic they felt the need to still instill more fear in people that are already scared. What they did is illegal per the Governor. This place is disgusting.
If you like Easter basket raffles, this is the place for you. If you like being kicked out immediately after a global pandemic, this is also the place for you.
The people who run this apartment complex should be ashamed of themselves. To send this kind of letter to their tenants is, frankly, absolutely disgusting. I hope the tenants strike and that no one pays you a dime. ✌🏼
