Great place to visit
Very disappointing experience. Google showed the park opening at 9 AM, but when we arrived it was closed and actually opened at 10 AM. We had a baby with us and couldn’t wait an hour in the cold. The manager, Tom, apologized and told us we could request a refund, but the team later refused to honor it. We don’t live in the area, so raincheck tickets are useless. We ended up paying for five tickets we couldn’t use due to incorrect information. Poor customer service and no accountability. Not recommended.
Excellent staff. Very polite and welcoming.
