Finishing up my second year living here, shared a 4-bed with some classmates. There is not a thing that hasn’t gone wrong with our apartment. Furnace has broken 4-5 times, my bedroom has flooded at least 3 times, a different roommate’s bedroom has flooded 2 or 3 times, and we’ve awakened to find the floor of the entire apartment wet for some unknown reason (maintenance couldn’t figure out why and just left it) numerous times as well. 4 months into our first year the dishwasher flooded and we spent a week unable to access our... read more

DO NOT RENT HERE AS A STUDENT. Management is horrible when it comes to payments and understanding balances on their portal. You can pay your portion of the rent along with internet etc. They will send you an invoice not showing where you've paid towards any utilities saying there's a balance to be paid yet you don't see any balance when you sign in to pay. They could be charging you anything and you wouldn't know. This can be considered as fraud because how do you get an itemized ledger not showing in the fields you've paid ... read more

As a graduate student, this place was the worst. There are literally parties here just about every night, yes, even any day of the week. The walls are paper thin so you can hear literally everything (including your hungover neighbor vomiting at 3am.) It is impossible to study because it is constantly loud and obnoxious. The leasing office says "oh but we have an on call person who will handle any noise complaints at any hour." I currently rent at a DTN management apartment complex. I’ve been here for less than a year and is my first experience in apt living. I would not recommend renting at DTN property. They are very difficult to get even the simplest of things accomplished that is truly their responsibility. My wi-fi and cable (which is included in the rent ) hasn’t worked since I moved in; however I still have to pay for those services.
