I understand you’re busy on a Friday. We asked for water 20 mins ago and our server was concerned with her Chic Fil A. Food was good though.
Usually a great place. Not so much this time. Sat outside and basically had to beg for service.

WORST RESTAURANT IN BELMONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waited 1 hour for our food never got it. Every table around us got there food before us and we got there before them!!!!! No apologizes or nothing here is your check for appetizers peace!!!!!!

I don't know what to say here, except that this sounds like a terrible experience, one that is certainly out of character for us, and one that there is no excuse for. I will be in the restaurant later today and will be looking into just how such a lapse in service could have occurred. We walked in the door at 11:30 and was the first table seated on the patio. After we received our drinks and put an order in for apps, we received them very quickly...HOWEVER...we ordered our food right after. When 12:40 rolled around (almost an hour and a half later), the patio had filled up and we still had no food even though we were the first order to go in, somehow everyone around us still had received their food. One of my favorite places to eat!!! The hostess last night was not nice however and seemed more interested in getting her next vape on instead of paying attention or helping anyone. Such a busy place and the food is always amazing, you need people that can work as a team and not talk about your guest. Managers are always seen and willing to assist wherever needed.
