RecommendedI just want to say thanks. Thanks to a great staff here at Glenway Pub. Some of the best waitresses I've seen, a manager that gets right in and helps and not give orderes, a group of cooks that never got it wrong. Very friendly all the way around. I won’t be back. We order take out often, we get appetizers and just enjoy. Tonight placed an order, out of pork for the sliders. Ordered the usual nachos and upon picking up the food we are told y’all are out of Queso???? How is a pub out of the key things on a Sunday during football season??? I’m done with Glenway.
We have been to this “establishment” dozens of times and I’m not sure why we go back, but I can assure you we won’t ever again. Between the slow and incompetent service and the lack of communication as to what they do and do not have, it is embarrassing. We have been shorted items multiple times and even worse in my opinion is getting there and them telling you they don’t have what you ordered. The food is good but inconsistent in the availability.
