I love that it's a gym , not a social gathering and no weird silly rules of no grunting. Also plenty of equipment to use and never really have to wait for anything. Also the owners are very pleasant.
Enjoyable family run gym. No pressure or competition to out-do the person next to you. Clean and friendly, would recommend to friends.
