Love this place! Been a member on and off for years. Staff is very friendly. Owners are very friendly. Never too packed! Only negative is the older woman I see there sometimes during the day isn’t always pleasant. I’ve gone in to go tanning as she’s questioning someone working out if they checked in. A gentleman was telling her he’s been a member for years and she was telling him she needed his name and that she couldn’t find him in the system...I’m not sure what the motive is with her sometimes. Started back up with Zumba after having my son and was very pleased to find a great class here on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. The instructor, Jen, is wonderful! She is positive, high energy (without being over the top), and easy to follow. Classes are affordable even without being a member of the gym. Highly recommend joining in some dancing / work-out fun!

Great place to relief stress and everyone is really nice to talk to
My family and I have been members since October. Tim and Cheryl have made us feel like family from the time we first walked in the door. The members are friendly and courteous. We also take advantage of the great spin class put on by Cycle518.
