An amazing experience from start to finish! I came in for a ring consultation, and Lisa took the time to thoroughly explain every detail involved in choosing the perfect ring. After meeting with her, I decided to make the purchase—and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience was exceptional. Lisa and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic!

Great experience at this jewelry store. They helped me with some jewelry modification and were just as helpful the second time when I needed additional adjustments. Lisa and the rest of the staff were professional, polite, and easy to work with. The store is beautiful, and the friendly puppy greeting customers at the door is awesome. Highly recommend.
Disappointed. I brought two bracelets here that needed repair based off of Facebook recommendations. I used to bring my jewelry into the city but moved to the area and was looking for something more convenient. The first day after getting the bracelets back one of the bracelets broke. The jump ring snapped off. They fixed it complimentary which I would expect. One of the bracelets I had a security chain added to by Glenview jewelers just broke off as well after 3-4 weeks from picking up. At this point I don’t think it’s wort... read more
