Needed a new computer because Windows 10 could not be updated to Windows 11on my computer according to Microsoft. Stefan said he could update my old computer to Windows 11, but I decided I should get a new computer as mine was probably 15 years old. Stefan suggested a refurbished computer and added a new larger hard drive and then transferred everything from my old computer to the new one. All for a very reasonable cost. My new computer works great.
Communication was great. Stefan called and gave me all my repair options. He told me his recommendation but left the decision to me. Would highly reommend

Excellent computer repair shop! Stefan is a true pro and provides outstanding customer service that is a rarity nowadays. I had some issues with an older laptop and provided a secondary unit with parts meant for replacement. The repair was completed as intended within a very quick timeframe, and some additional issues were diagnosed and sorted out. Fantastic attention to detail. Would have no second thoughts about coming back here for any other repair needs in the future.
