The customer service is unacceptable. The person who answers the phone is extremely rude and has hung up on me on two different occasions when I tried to schedule an appointment. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. Management seriously needs to address this issue.

Complete HELL Total disaster Stay far away
2 recent issues. A misdiagnosis with a back injury and the coding of visit as a physical when it was a pre-surgery check up. No complete physical was not given.Which means i cannot get a real physical for 1 year without paying out of pocket and getting the referral needed for another check by a specialist. This was followed by the person answering the phone saying they did not code anything and put me on hold to never return. I will now be the one never returning.
