Dr Ryan Winters was amazing, and after just a few minutes talking with him, I knew I made the right decision in switching to GF Vision Care. Dan was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me choose new glasses.

we came here on a recommendation from a friend and were absolutely thrilled with the service, and thoroughness of the exam. we have only ever been to vision box stores before this and this was a much better experience from start to finish. when it came time to pick our glasses, the tech was also patient with my daughter while she tried on every single pair (twice) and when i described what i was looking for went in the back room and unearthed two pairs that were exactly what i was looking for!

The staff is very friendly, that's the only reason they're receiving a 2 instead of a 1. Aside from friendliness, their customer service is severely lacking. I've ordered 1 pair of glasses for myself and 2 pairs (on 2 separate occasions for a total of 4 pairs) for my daughter. Each time I was told 1 to 2 weeks and each time I had to call the office myself after 3 or 4 weeks to ask if the glasses were in yet. I guess I was supposed to know intuitively that they had arrived. I was blown away with the superior customer service that I received during my visit ! Despite the end of year chaos that was ensuing I was treated as a priority and could tell that each individual that I encountered truly cared about my experience. The doctor and other staff members that worked with me were exceptional and by far exceeded my expectations. GFVC provided me with flawless customer service and were all unbelievably helpful. Well done.
