Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this veterinarian promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Is this veterinarian easy to reach in an emergency? Does this veterinarian give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
