I went to this walk in clinic with a Knee Injury and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Dr. Kenneth Atkins is rude and condescending. He was mad because I didn't have a report from urgent care. He was mad when I told him the ER Doctor suspected an MCL tear. He was mad because I asked for an MRI. He also told me my brace is useless and doing me no good. He was very reluctant to write an ultrasound requisition. Quick, efficient and professional service. The doctor took time to explain everything and was considerate and professional.
Dr. Seifred was absolutely wonderful. He made my daughter feel comfortable, confident, and safe while removing a splinter from her foot. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. He was kind, patient, and great with children. I highly recommend Dr. Seifred!
Receptionist is very welcoming and polite, doctors 🥼 are okay too but the wait timings even for the pre book are a lot.
