My partner and I have been living here for 2 years now, and it's always something. The building is infested with cock roaches, and the staff will tell you it's not. They shut the water off from 9-5 at least once every month for "repairs." Most recently, we woke up at 3 am to water dripping from the ceilings, causing a flood... Upon talking to other residents in the building, this has happened on multiple occasions.. AND to every floor, each unit ending with 06. Very dirty building, full of cockroaches. Management is the worst. They don’t care about residents.
It’s a fine apartment building. It has a history of cockroaches but many buildings do. Just keep your apartment clean and it won’t be a problem. Otherwise, the operating company is diligent and respectful. This is a good building and I would personally recommend it
Terrible Managment I inquired about a unit and then received a bill from a utility company. I never gave permission to send out my personal information. I never signed a lease. Just stay away.
