Bugs in the hallways, dogs barking all night long on weekends, horrible stink of cigarettes in hallways and often stairwell, water shut down 2 days a month (which equals nearly 1 month a year), staff hung up on me when I tried to complain. Strange people, strange place.
Extremely dirty cockroach infested building. I wish I read reviews before moving in. The management assured me that there is no bugs, in her words “my kids live here I wouldn’t live somewhere with bugs”. Just absolutely disgusting how they will lie to you in your face just to get you to sign the lease on an apartment. I’ve been sprayed over 4 times and nothing is getting rid of these roaches. Other reviews are probably experiences from bad tenants or are out dated. Particularly the review about signing a lease before viewing, that is your mistake, use some common sense? The building staff are very friendly (unless you're rude). They do repairs quickly and do their best to treat everyone like family. Building is under rent control. Rent is easily paid like you would pay any bills and the apartments are clean and bug free (unless you aren't clean). Walls are thick and noise from neighbours and hallways is minimal. ... read more
DO NOT RENT PLEASE!!! Do not sign the lease before they show you the unit otherwise they threaten you with the army of lawyers working for their company. The review is the nightmare I am living now. The place is a trash......Do no sign that lease go and see for yourself.... Few words are enough for the wise....
