It’s a fine apartment building. It has a history of cockroaches but many buildings do. Just keep your apartment clean and it won’t be a problem. Otherwise, the operating company is diligent and respectful. This is a good building and I would personally recommend it
Terrible Managment I inquired about a unit and then received a bill from a utility company. I never gave permission to send out my personal information. I never signed a lease. Just stay away.
Terrible Management and Poor Living Conditions. I booked an apartment viewing weeks in advance and even received a confirmation message on the day of the showing. After arriving, the manager showed me three apartments, only to later mention that none of them were actually available. This was a complete waste of my time and energy. During my visit, I came across a current tenant who complained about poor hygiene, pests, and other ongoing issues.
