It was our first time buying a Ford and it was truly a great experience doing that at Glenoak Ford. We were given top class service start to finish when getting our Ford Bronco. We were not quite sure at first but after a great test drive and more information it is the right one for our needs. They made this process of getting a new vehicle a breeze. We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle with the help of Chris. He was professional, knowledgeable, and brought a great sense of humor to the process, which made it both enjoyable and stress-free for our family. Chris took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect car. We also want to extend our thanks to Sam in the finance department, who made the entire transaction smooth and efficient. We truly appreciated the excellent service from start to finish.
I had a great experience at Glenoak. The first salesperson couldn't make the appointment but he made sure someone was there with all the information to take care of showing us the car. The place has a nice feeling , you feel welcome and everybody seems happy to help you. They took care of everything and made it super easy to make the purchase. From Paul the manager, Ryan and Colin the sale people, Ben the money guy and Alex the insurance person we had a great experience all the way through.
