RecommendedMy husband recently got a sheep and a goat in Alaska. He dropped them off at Glenn’s to process. Turnaround three days. We had the first meal tonight and it was delicious! Glenn is passionate about his craft and gets to know each customer. He is our go to place for wild game processing in Alaska. Fair prices, neat and clean operation, and a love for the Green Bay Packers!

Glenn took in our sons Caribou, in fact stayed open late so we could get it in his cooler. We put in our order & 3 days later it was done. We are elated at the quality, taste & packaging/presentation of our game. We had bacon burger, hamburger & mild breakfast sausage made. All are excellent taste & excellent quality. PLUS he's a Packers fan! We will use his services again!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We are a military family that has used glen and have tons of friends that have used him as well several times. This last time we got home with our fish most of our fish was thawed out and not even sealed. When we asked him about it he chewed us out, accused us of being liars trying to get our money back. He wouldn't even let us talk or explain anything. He said he talked to his boss and his boss said he can't do anything about it, yet he is the owner of his own company. He is VERY VERY crooked! I have been using Glenn since the late 90's. Always great customer service. The bacon burger is outstanding The ground Italian sausage is one of the best it have ever had.
I love the Chorizo! My Son, Aaron Bloomquist, gave me some bear chorizo from 3 years ago, and I'm having it tonight mixed in with peppers, tomatoes, onions, and squash for an end of season soup (odd for chorizo, ain't it)? The last time I had it was on the Shashana river a day's rde upstream from Northway with Aaron; I loved it then!
